When will my order ship? Usually within 1–2 business days; you’ll receive tracking.
For most power stations and products delivery will be handled by FedEx the fastest courier in the country. For larger power stations we sometimes are required to use pallet couriers which will take slightly longer but will also be tracked.
Do you issue VAT invoices? We don’t at this time provide VAT invoices but our prices are the most competitive on the market, if you are looking at buying more than one product for business or personal use you can email us and we will create a custom offer for you before you purchase and issue you with a discount coupon to use for what ever products you are looking to buy.
Direct Bank Transfer
If you are a business or just want to pay direct via bank transfer we can send you an invoice with bank details and this will also allow us to offer you the best prices possible without payment processor fee’s for example.
